Heavy truck and trailer axle nuts aren't 3/8" or 1/2" drive jobs. The fasteners are too large, the torque requirements too high, and a 1/2" drive setup will twist or slip before the nut breaks loose. When you're doing axle and spindle work on a semi, a dump truck, or heavy equipment, 3/4" drive is the right call — and these 8 sizes cover most of what you'll find.
