Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. The price on the page is the price at checkout.

No minimum order, no membership, no shipping surprises. Sales tax is added where the law requires it and shown before you pay.

Where we ship
All orders ship from warehouses in the United States, most of them from Southern California. We ship to the lower 48 states. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses yet.

How long it takes
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or US holidays, and processing can run a day or two longer around the holidays.

Transit time after that depends on where you are:

Southern California and Las Vegas: 1 to 2 business days
Rest of the West Coast, Arizona, Nevada, Utah: 2 to 4 business days
Everywhere else in the lower 48: 4 to 7 business days
Most orders arrive within a week. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

If it arrives damaged
Open the box when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email support@bulkleytools.com with photos and your order number. We replace or refund damaged shipments at our cost; see the refund policy.

Wrong address
If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once at no charge. Double-check the address at checkout, and if you spot a mistake, email us before the order ships.
