30 days. No restocking fee. No arguing over email.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. We don't charge restocking fees, on anything, for any reason. Here's how it works.

If something is wrong with what we sent
Dead on arrival, damaged in shipping, wrong item, missing parts, or it doesn't match the listing: that's on us. Email support@bulkleytools.com with your order number and a few photos or a short video of the problem. We'll reply with a replacement, a refund, or a prepaid return label, whichever solves it fastest. You won't pay return shipping. If a delivery arrives visibly crushed, you can refuse it at the door and let us know.

If you changed your mind
Ordered the wrong size, found something else, don't need it anymore: send it back within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging with everything that came in the box. You cover the return shipping. There's no restocking fee, and you get the full product price back.

How to start a return

Email support@bulkleytools.com with your order number and the reason. Returns sent without emailing first can't be matched to an order, so please don't skip this step.
We'll send the return address and instructions, plus a prepaid label if the problem was ours.
Once the item arrives and is checked, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days, email us and we'll chase it.
Exchanges
The fastest exchange is a return plus a new order. Send the original back and order what you need; we'll refund the first one as soon as it arrives.

What can't be returned
Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by misuse. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. That's the whole list. If you're unsure whether something qualifies, email us before you ship it.
