VEVOR 6-Ton Jack Stands — 1 Pair, 13,000 lb, 14.6"–22.8" Double Locking

A floor jack is for lifting, not for holding. If you've ever slid under a car on nothing but a jack, or propped it on a stack of 2x6s because the old stands looked sketchy, you already know how that feels. Put a real stand under every corner you're working on and quit that habit.

The VEVOR 6-Ton Jack Stands come as a pair, each with two locks: a ratchet lever plus a steel pin through the post. They adjust from 14.6" to 22.8" across 13 positions.

A note on the rating: VEVOR's spec sheet lists 13,000 lb per stand, and Target's listing says per pair. Treat it as the pair rating. That's still 6,500 lb per stand, and the front end of a 3/4-ton pickup on two stands doesn't come close.

Good for

• Brake jobs, tire rotations, and suspension work on cars, SUVs, and half-ton to 3/4-ton pickups
• Oil changes and exhaust work where you need to be under the vehicle
• Holding a truck at working height instead of crawling under it at 8"
• Replacing a pair of aging 3-ton stands with rusted ratchets

Not for

• Lifting. Stands hold a load; they don't raise one. You need a jack that reaches past 14.6" to get the vehicle onto them.

• Soft ground. Gravel, dirt, or hot asphalt lets the feet sink. Use them on concrete.
